- Now sieve the dry ingredients,add wheat flour,suji,baking powder,baking soda, chocolate powder,cocoa powder.Sieve all together.Now mix these dry ingredients slowly in wet mixture.Mix remaining milk slowly in the batter.Beat with hand beater,through cut and fold method.



- Add elaichi powder in the end.Meanwhile preheat a kadahi with a steel stand in it.Cover and heat.



- Add in a greased pan,I used a steel dish.Apply cow ghee or butter,sprinkle maida and sieve the extra flour.Add the cake batter, should be semi thick.Add all chopped nuts on top.Spread almonds, pistachios,raisins yellow and black.Tap the dish and bake for an hour on very slow flame.Cover and bake.Check after 50 min with knife.When cake leaves sides it's ready.
