  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl by mixing maida, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder together.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla essence until foamy. Add oil, sugar, brown sugar and mix well.

  4. Add the chocolate chips and fold gently using a spatula.

  6. Put baking tin on the stand kept inside preheated pan. Bake for 30-40 min. Check with toothpick. Do not over bake.
    If baking in oven, then bake on 180°c for 20-25 minutes. Once brownies is baked, let it cool completely in the pan.
  7. Then unmould it and garnish with chocolate shavings.
